He was easily the most proactive in understanding exactly what I needed and quickly offered me a Monday evening slot due to a cancellation, which was perfect as I needed the work done ASAP.

He arrived right on time, was very respectful (even took his shoes off without being asked), and got straight to assessing the job. What made a huge difference was that he already had Starlink himself, so he knew exactly what needed to be done.
